You can click on the Schedule Shoot link provided on the header (top right corner) of the website to place the order. Alternatively you can complete the form on the Contact Us page and we will call you for a chat.


The final set of images/photos are sent to you within 24 hours after the photo shoot. In the case of Floor Plans, Videos and Drones the final set of images/photos are sent to you within 48 hours after the photo shoot.


You can cancel or reschedule your shoot anytime before 5:00 PM the day before the shoot and no fee will be charged. If you reschedule after 5:00 PM the day before the shoot, or on the day of the shoot, there is a 25% cancellation fee.


Please ensure that we have access to the property.

We require you to ensure that the property is prepared the day before the shoot. The property has to be cleaned and you need to ensure there is no clutter inside and outside the property.


We want to take the best shots of the property and that begins with the property looking good and presentable. We will send you a pre-shoot document that has guidelines, a checklist and tips for you and the homeowner to prepare the property.


We accept Check, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal and Credit Cards. We do not require payment for anything prior to the delivery of your order with us.


We will email you a link which you will use to download everything you ordered from us. It will all be prepared for easy upload to the MLS and Zillow or social media.
